Shorncliffe line track closure: 28 April to 1 May
Testing of the European Train Control System (ETCS) to support Cross River Rail means changes to travel and transport services on the Shorncliffe line in April and May 2025.
From Monday 28 April to Thursday 1 May, buses will replace trains between Northgate and Shorncliffe stations.
In conjunction with weeknight closures, extended weekday closures on the Shorncliffe line are required from time to time to carry out specific testing scenarios. More information on these changes will be provided closer to each testing period.
