Dutton Park station has been rebuilt as part of a rolling program of station accessibility upgrades between Dutton Park and Salisbury.
The closest station to Cross River Rail’s southern tunnel entrance, Dutton Park’s upgrade improves accessibility and enhances connections to the surrounding area.
This accessibility upgrade is part of a wider transformation to expand, improve and modernise South East Queensland’s rail network.

The southern entrance into the Cross River Rail tunnel will be built in the area north of the Dutton Park Station. A new, independently accessible, covered pedestrian bridge to the station will be constructed south of Annerley Road.

As construction has progressed, some minor changes have been made in the area north of Annerley Road (see map below). This includes an additional commuter car parking space and changes to the configuration of the kiss ‘n’ ride and shelter, accessible car parks, bicycle enclosure and QR maintenance bay.
