School’s out and fun’s in

Cross River Rail’s brand-new free school holiday program will be taking place between 13 December and 23 January at the Cross River Rail Experience Centre.

Following on from September’s successful program, Cross River Rail has developed a range of educational activities for all ages, providing families with a unique opportunity to have fun while learning about Queensland’s largest infrastructure project.

Activities range from encouraging children to become city planners and build their own future developments from Lego, to using their problem-solving skills to design their own tunnelling mega-machine.

Future coding champions need look no further than the beginner’s robotics coding workshop, which was developed in partnership with Micromelon Robotics.

Cross River Rail has also partnered with STEM Punks to create an immersive innovation experience which will see kids design a 3D Olympic Village using augmented reality technology.
