The Albert Street Cross River Rail PDA Development Scheme is the regulatory document which assists with planning, carrying out, promoting, coordinating and controlling land development within the PDA.

The Albert Street Station and Green Spine Overlay provides design guidance for the public realm interface of the Cross River Rail PDA for the area identified as PDA associated land.

The proposed development scheme was publicly notified from Tuesday 10 September to Wednesday 23 October 2019. A submissions report was prepared.

The proposed Development Scheme can be accessed here.

Prior to the finalisation of the Development Scheme, development within the PDA was regulated under the Interim Land Use Plan.
