Community Relations Monitor

All project related enquiries and complaints are to be directed in the first instance to the project teams by either calling 1800 010 875 or by emailing [email protected]

Additionally, an independent Community Relations Monitor (CRM) has been appointed and approved by the Coordinator-General for the project. The Community Relations Monitor’s role is to assess an issue which cannot be resolved by the Cross River Rail project teams.

Tessellate Communication has been engaged as the independent Community Relations Monitor.
