Transforming travel - Exhibition

Exhibition station in the RNA precinct will provide year-round rail services for staff and visitors to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, as well as the growing Bowen Hills / RNA lifestyle precinct and Convention Centre.

The Exhibition precinct is a key gateway between the inner city and Brisbane’s northern suburbs. By connecting this high-growth residential area to employment hubs with every day train services, Cross River Rail will support increased residential and commercial growth in the area.

The station will be less than 3 minutes train travel to Roma Street and less than 6 minutes in total to the heart of the CBD at Albert Street.

The station will have a 165-metre-long island platform for multidirectional travel and will be used by almost 10,000 people each weekday by 2036, with many more during major events especially the Ekka each year.
