Woolloongabba station – Leopard Street traffic changes

From 6:30pm until 6:30am nightly from Sunday 25 August to Sunday 1 September, the southbound lane of Leopard Street and footpath adjacent to the Woolloongabba station worksite will be closed to facilitate permanent utility service installation.

Work will involve the use of excavators, generators, light vehicles, lighting units, ventilation fans, hand tools and a hand saw.

Construction activities are planned to occur at night between 6:30pm to 6:30am to minimise traffic impacts. If works cannot occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances they will be undertaken at the next available opportunity.

Traffic control will be in place along Leopard Street to assist motorists and pedestrians. For more information on pedestrian detours, please see the map below.
