Details of ongoing work

Some minor construction works outlined below will continue until late-2024, during standard hours between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday:

  • Testing of services (e.g., electrical, communication)
  • Minor patching, painting, sealing, and steel and concrete repairs on the pedestrian overpass, station platforms and buildings
  • Ongoing maintenance of landscaping.

Some activities will be completed outside of standard working hours and during planned track closures. UNITY Alliance will notify residents and businesses before out of hours works are scheduled to take place.

What to expect

During these works you may notice some intermittent disruptions such as:

  • Trucks and machinery including vacuum trucks, concrete trucks, pump trucks, mobile cranes, saws, small power tools, minor vibrating equipment, and mobile lighting towers to light work areas at night when required
  • Changes around your local areas such as construction vehicles, traffic management signs and personnel
  • Increased noise, vibration and dust associated with the use of heavy machinery and equipment.

We appreciate your patience during construction and will continue to update you as work progresses.
