Thank you for visiting the Cross River Rail Experience Centre.

As part of our COVID-19 management plan, we require all visitors to complete this form for the purposes of contact tracing.

We will require every member of your group to complete this form and we’ll only use this information if it’s found that someone with the virus has been in the centre. The exception to this is if you tick the box at the bottom of the survey to say that you’d like to receive any future project updates.
