It feels like only yesterday that we handed over Exhibition station to our partners at Translink and Queensland Rail and now it’s already time to prepare for the Ekka.

For the easiest way to get to the Show, jump on a train from Roma Street, Central or Fortitude Valley and travel directly to Exhibition station – right in the heart of the Ekka at Brisbane Showgrounds.

Services run in a regular loop schedule, so there’s no excuse to miss the action.

When you arrive at the station, keep an eye out for some special features that celebrate the heritage of the precinct.

Custom brick walls adorn the station plaza, sourced from an Australian manufacturer, which are designed to pay homage to Brisbane Showgrounds’ nearby heritage grandstands.
